    While most of our fabrication supports EMSI projects, we may take on external fabrication work depending on shop capacity and project scope. Contact us to discuss availability.

  • What’s your typical lead time for fabricated ductwork?

    Our lead times vary depending on job size and complexity, but in-house fabrication allows us to work faster than most third-party vendors. We’ll give you a realistic timeline upfront.

  • Can you fabricate both spiral and rectangular ductwork?

    Yes—we produce both spiral and rectangular systems, along with all necessary fittings, transitions, and accessories.

  • Do you fabricate roof curbs and support stands?

    We do. Our fabrication shop builds a variety of rooftop support solutions including curbs, fan stands, equipment rails, and custom adaptors.

  • Do you work with specialty materials like stainless or paint grip?

    Yes. We work with galvanized, stainless, lined, unlined, and painted materials depending on your system’s requirements.

What We Fabricate?

All products are fabricated to order using durable materials and assembled with precision for seamless installation on-site. We produce a wide range of HVAC components including:


  • Spiral pipe and fittings: acoustical liners, reducers, register taps, elbows, tees & wyes, and welded round
  • Rectangular duct and fittings: plenum boxes, elbows, inside taps, offsets, transitions, square-to-round fittings, and wrap duct
  • Roof and adaptor curbs: curb adaptors, fan curbs, equipment stands, isolation curbs and rails
  • Materials include galvanized, stainless, lined & unlined, and specialty finishes like paint grip
